How to purchase tickets
Hello, this is Incheon United.
We would like to provide the following information on how foreign fans can purchase tickets.
1. you can call the call center to purchase tickets.
The call center number is 1644-3850.
2. you can write an email to purchase tickets.
Please refer to the format below.

Check the seating chart on the main ticket page (https://www.incheonutd.com/ticket/ticket_intro.php) to choose the seat you would like to purchase.
Seats will be assigned based on the order of the 5 areas you requested.
If no seats are available in your preferred areas, seats will be selected randomly. (If you request more than 2 tickets, they will be assigned together in a row.)

If you don't want to leave your card information, please purchase it on the spot.
We recommend you to prepare cash, just in case when the card is not working on-site.

If you purchase discounted tickets, each individual must be present on-site to verify their eligibility. One person cannot collect all the discounted tickets.
When picking up your tickets, you’ll need to explain that you reserved them via Ticketlink email and are there to pay and collect them.
Be sure to give the purchaser’s name when collecting the tickets.
Tickets cannot be refunded or canceled after purchase.
The ticket booth opens 2 hours before the game starts.
